What We Do
International Student Ministries Canada (ISMC) was established in 1984 with the goal of providing friendship for international students at Canadian colleges and universities.
Today a variety of services are available to help international students adjust to Canadian culture. While International Student Ministries Canada is a Christian organization our services and friendship are offered unconditionally to all international students.
For students who are already Christians and those interested in learning more about the Christian faith we offer International Christian Fellowships and Bible Studies.
International Student Ministries Canada is headquartered in Three Hills, Alberta, and has field staff and volunteers in 18 college and university cities across Canada.
Our People
Our staff and volunteers are regular people who live in different areas across Canada. They are committed to serving the needs of International Students.
Many have been trained in different areas. For example, some have had training and certification in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Others have taken seminars and courses. Some are highly educated professionals.
All serve with the love of Jesus and look forward to making rewarding friendships.
